The shipping procedures begin following registration of the payment by Rossi 2003 S.R.L. (from 2 to 3 working days) communicated with a specific email - Payment Confirmation.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING
Order Confirmation and Transport by courier
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number and shipping status. You will then receive an email directly from the Express Courier within 48 hours with your shipping code and the link to click to track the shipment.
The Express Courier delivers within 24/48 hours, in case of absence at the first step, it will send another e-mail, to which you will have to respond within 3 days, indicating another day to arrange delivery of the ordered goods.

Transit and delivery processing times
Delivery of goods for Italy usually takes place within 1/2 working days.
* for some areas and regions (islands and locations that are difficult to access), shipping is linked to courier transits and may require a few more days depending on sea or road conditions.
* in some periods of the year throughout Italy, close to holidays, or during particular meteorological events, the delivery days requested by the courier may increase.

Since supplier rates are constantly changing, prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time and without forewarning. Purchases made on this site are subject to the regulations established by the Legislative Decree. 15 January 1992 n. 50: the Customer has the possibility to renounce the purchase within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods. The date indicated on the delivery note will prevail. The product must be returned to "ROSSI 2003 S.R.L." in perfect condition, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or invoice, if any). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending via insured courier, (shipping costs are borne by the buyer), within the aforementioned period of 7 working days from receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, our Customer Service will immediately notify the customer either via e-mail or telephone to return the goods with the simple take care to indicate your details on the shipment such as name, surname, address and telephone number, not forgetting that the goods it must reach us within the ten day deadline established by law working. The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the product purchased; the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment); in accordance with law, shipping costs are borne by the customer; the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse; under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the well during transport, ROSSIORLOGI.COM will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the well in their warehouses), to allow it to protrude promptly report a complaint to the courier chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the INSURED property; in this eventuality, the product will be returned, with shipping costs to charged to the customer, simultaneously canceling the request withdrawal; ROSSIOROLOGI.COM is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by non-shipments insured; upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not deriving from the transport. If the original internal/external packaging is damaged, ROSSI 2003 S.R.L. will deduct from the refund due the consideration, as a contribution to the costs of restoring the goods. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, ROSSIOROLOGI.COM will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 days from the date of return shipment of the goods. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide promptly the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN code – Current account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost due to lack of essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where ROSSIOROLOGI.COM ascertains: the lack of packaging original exterior/interior; the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals,…); damage to the product due to causes other than its transportation or for exceeding time limits provided for by law for reasons not arising from ROSSIOROLOGI.COM. In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, ROSSIOROLOGI.COM will take care of return the purchased good to the sender, charging the same shipping costs
ATTENTION: for all products the packaging must be returned perfectly intact. Otherwise it will not be possible to perform the return of the goods.
